We offer multiple plans to choose from or we can design a plan that best fits your needs. Are you going on vacation and just need someone to check on the property? What is the Visual Inspection?
A full walk through of your home is completed in which we look for any damage or maintenance concerns. A full report is emailed to you after the inspection is complete including a potential action plan to remedy the issues. We go through an in-depth checklist upon every visit but can add any item of concern upon request.
